Arroz a la Cubana

I was just looking back at some photos from our past times in Tenerife and came across this dish that I tried for the first time there: Arroz La Cubana. His mum cooked it with “handmade” fries (nothing frozen, just natural potatoes), fried banana, fried egg (from the farm) and cooked rice. It was really delicious and I actually liked the combinations of rice and fries even for some people it may sound a bit strange.. and fried banana is always very yummy 🙂
